How does one become published? Whether Traditional or Indie, we all get this question at one point. What annoyed me was when someone responded, “By pure determination!” This is not untrue, but it’s certainly not all it takes to become a successful published author. It starts with a Gift, a gift of writing and endless practice.

Then, there came the Mountain I dared to climb with a group of friends, which I thought was impossible. Learning I had all it took to reach the top even before I started gave me confidence and determination.

Lastly, there was the dare. A close friend dared me to write my first Taboo Erotic eBook. Besides “Belinda” and “The Erotic Sleeping Beauty Series,” I never read erotica. I certainly did not think I could write it. I successfully climbed a mountain even though I was out of shape. Indeed, I could write a fun and wicked naughty eBook on a dare. My friend was right; I could do it, and so I did. By pure determination!
